Phil is the owner of Out of the Mud Multimedia and is also co-owner of ChurchMedia.net, a unique worldwide community of volunteer and paid media ministers who share knowledge and media for use by churches.
In addition to ChurchMedia.net, Phil is Multi-media Director for the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware’s Blue Ridge Baptist Association. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a minor in Bible and Communication Arts, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies. He is currently working to obtain a Doctorate of Ministry in Technology.
